As a part-time role, we offer flexible hours of work across 5 days (Monday to Friday).

The position is situated at our Head Office, located in Forest Glen.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be working alongside the Survey Team, reporting to the Survey Manager supporting:

- Set-up, format, store and manage project related plans and documents
- Maintain document registers and accurate records of electronic filing structures and systems
- Scan, print and generate hard copy documents for project teams
- Provide high level of administrative support, word processing, report preparation, information collation, spreadsheet management and generate purchase orders

**About you**:
Ideally, you’ll have a recent experience in an administrative support role, with:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
- Hold a current Drivers licence with reliable transport
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role involving facilitating document control will be highly regarded
