With innovation and collaboration at the core of everything we do, we’re seeking a passionate **Marketing & Engagement Manager** to elevate our brand and foster meaningful connections with key stakeholders.

**About the role**

As the Marketing & Engagement Manager, you will drive our marketing strategies, enhance stakeholder engagement, and support business growth. This dynamic role is perfect for a creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and engagement strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Manage branding, communications, and digital marketing to increase brand visibility.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and community stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project activities are mindful of and beneficial to local communities.
- Lead content creation, including website updates, social media campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
- Oversee public relations, media releases, and corporate communications.
- Organise and execute industry events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**About You**

As the successful applicant, you will have a positive, solutions focused attitude with a creative flair. A strong team working ethic will be part of your DNA and your expertise in all facets of document preparation and presentation will be second to none.
- Minimum 5 years in marketing, communications, or engagement roles, preferably in construction or a related industry.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite - InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Experience managing social media business accounts and posts.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Possess a flair for Content Writing particularly for Tender Response Content and Social Media.
- Team Player and Strong Work Ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications or similar desirable.
- Customer-Focused and Outcome Driven.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Passionate about fostering relationships and driving brand growth.
