**Job Description**:
The E-Learning Coordinator is a new role established to play a critical part in BlueScope’s purpose: To create and inspire smart solutions in steel, to strengthen our communities for the future.

You will support the coordination, internal engagement and development of BlueScope’s new employee online learning experience platform, called FutureScope.

**The Opportunity**

As a key member of the FutureScope implementation team, you will help business units establish learning communities on the FutureScope platform. Working in coordination with Learning Designers, you will foster this new online ecosystem by assisting in documentation and scoping of community needs.

You will lead the onboarding of new communities onto the platform and analyse metrics and insights to maximise engagement.

You will also help develop training programmes, in partnership with relevant providers or in-house creators, to grow the learner experience.

**Your Background**

We’re expecting you to be a highly collaborative and influential communicator, who can build trust and meaningful partnerships across an organisation. You will demonstrate a forward-thinking and a proactive approach, with the ability to translate data driven insights into practical instructions and actions, that drive employee learning engagement.

We’re seeking an “digital connector” with hands on experience in creating and engaging with online communities. Exposure to social media platforms or online learning systems, would be preferred.

Preferred location is Melbourne or Sydney, within a hybrid workplace.
