The role in a nutshell

Take ownership of your own OSHC Service and lead a team to provide fun and quality program built by the children, for the children.
Your service is Boroondara Park, OSHClub and it has been running successfully with consistent and dedicated staff that know the ins and outs of the day to day, and most importantly have formed lifelong memories with the children and families.
**Offering 30.50 Hours Per Week, you will work as follows**:
Before School Care - Monday to Friday - 07:00AM to 09:00AM After School Care - Monday to Friday - 03:00PM to 06:30PM Weekly 03:00 Administration Hours

What to expect
You’ll be running of one of our OSHC services, designing and delivering fun and exciting programs and activities, and building and maintaining fantastic relationships with our schools and partners.
You will oversee broad service operations, which include compliance, service delivery, staff training and community partnerships.
Leading by example, you will develop the staff in your service to your own high standards, utilizing your team's passions and skills to create unique activities.
Working across split shifts you will be allocated paid administration hours, outside of service hours to manage the paperwork aspect of the role.
About you
We’d love it if you were Diploma/Bachelors qualified or even enrolled within relevant discipline as approved by ACEQCA for a Coordinator role, but we’re also happy to invest in you to study. A current Working with Children’s Check. The ability to pass a National Police Check. Valid Working Rights to work in Australia. Experience in a similar role would be amazing. Bring your skill working with and supporting teams to achieve results.
