Our Murarrie office are seeking a diligent and proactive Logistics Administrator to work closely with the Logistics & Calibration Lead to administrate their day-to-day project requirements.
**Description**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Assisting Calibration Lead with quoting projects, listing assets, data entry (into ERP and MetTeam), invoicing and purchase order documentation, liaising with clients and third-party calibration suppliers regarding pickups and drop-offs, sending calibration certificates and deliverables notifications for completed jobs.
- Completing online freight bookings and liaising with Logistics Lead, including packaging as required.
- Supporting the Logistics Lead with completion of external rental quotes, data entry and completion of project changes (in ERP), assuring all equipment is scanned into the database, with correct charge rates for equipment mobilisation, accounting for equipment storage and liaison for invoicing of equipment.
- Attending to client queries and requests while ensuring the clients requirements are met.
- Accurate and on time client invoicing and diligence with following up on aged receivables.
- Purchasing materials for internal and external projects including raising purchase orders.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Administration Lead.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
Demonstrated experience working in an Administrative and/or Logistics role, with experience involving freight bookings, invoicing, data entry (preferred).
Great interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
Proactive and well-organised.
Great attention to detail & high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced working environment.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel), as well as a willingness to learn our in-house software system and work with this daily.
Ability to work autonomously and demonstrates initiative.
