**About the company**

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a fast paced, globally leading financial services institution. You will be joining the custody client operations team mainly overseeing queries that includes but not limited to settlements, corporate actions, tax and income.

This role is unique as it offers breath involving both customer facing aspects as well as operational aspects, working closely with the accounts management teams that are based across and outside the APAC region.

**About the role**
- Taking ownership and accountability for the end-to-end query resolution raised by clients or internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management and relationship building to understand customers' and clients' behaviours.
- Drive resolution and management of client queries.
- Ensure that all deliverables are captured, completed and delivered according to agreed timetables.
- Identifying opportunities and risks to improve the client's service experience
- Monitoring and resolution of key risk indicators
- Ad hoc operational support and overseeing projects to completions to increase operational efficiency or to reduce risks

If you are a problem solver who can quickly grasps complex situations and have a can-do attitude, this is a role for you that will have a lot of room to grow and get converted into a permanent role at the end of your contract.
- University Degree
- Similar experience (5 years minimum) either in Collateral Management/Derivatives Operations at a Custodians that is client and operations focussed.
- Comprehensive understanding of global markets
- The ability to work non-standard hours and weekends when required
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication
