My client is a Chartered Accounting firm seeking a bubbly and personable Client Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for providing high quality service to clients and professional support to client advisers

Be part of a team where hard work and dedication are recognised, valued and rewarded

**Responsibilities, however, not limited to**:

- Assist with reception and switchboard duties
- Administrative and operational duties
- Arrange client appointments as required
- Maintain document management system and ensure all staff use it correctly
- Prepare proposals, engagement letters and correspondence and reports as directed in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist with the preparation of monthly invoices as well as review and chase accounts receivable
- Management of the lodgement list, ATO debts and payments

**Essential**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Highly developed relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail with superb organisation skills
- Knowledge of proposals of ATO, ABN, GST highly regarded
- Financial Services industry knowledge will be highly regarded
