**Responsibilities**:
As a Machine Operator / Production Operator, your primary role will involve working within the factory's production manufacturing unit. You will receive comprehensive training across various departments and machines. Your responsibilities will include:

- Operating various steel processing machines such as roll-formers, turret punches, and folders.
- Engaging in general factory maintenance and support.
- Measuring and cutting steel materials accurately.
- Preparing goods for dispatch through tasks like picking and packing.
- Undertaking general warehousing duties.

To excel in this role, you should possess a background in heavy industry or experience within the steel industry. Familiarity with materials like steel and sheet metal is important. Additionally, the following qualifications and experiences are valuable:
**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in heavy industrial settings, preferably within the steel industry.
- Must be able to pass D&A test
- Have a reliable transport to get to work
- Familiarity with working on steel or sheet-metal materials.
- Exposure to machine operation and industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of roll-forming or sheet metal processes is a plus.
- Reliable attendance record and transportation.
- Commitment to continuous work and potential transition to a permanent role.
- Forklift ticket (not required but beneficial).
- Overhead crane experience is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication & attitude
