Drake International have Multiple vacancies for physcially strong, reliable labourers to work in a mesh steel factory in Eagle Farm. You must have your forklift licence and have experience. Day and afternoon shift available.

What we are offering:

  • Day Shift $38.90 ph | 6am to 2pm
  • Afternoon shift $44.74 ph |2pm to 10pm
  • Overtime available | Penalty rates
  • Multiple start dates
  • Street Parking available
  • Weekly Pay
  • Ongoing Training

About the role:

  • Operating forklifts safely across a warehouse
  • Assisting with physical labour tasks
  • Processing Machine Operation
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Working in a team environment

Must haves:

  • Be physically strong & able to complete manual handling tasks for full shift
  • Have some type of warehouse/factory background
  • Be reliable (turn up to work each shift)
  • Keen to learn
  • Previous Gantry Crane opeation experience is advantageous
  • Forklift ticket or willingnes too obtain one

Nice to have:

  • Overhead crane operaton experience
  • Previous machine operating experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Steel industry experience
  • Current forklift ticket with experience
