OCD Clinic is Brisbane's premier clinic dedicated to treating OCD and OCD-related disorders. We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Casual Administrative Assistant to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Coordinate and manage client appointments.
Register new clients following our intake procedures.
Process payments efficiently.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Perform general administrative duties as needed.

While previous experience is valued, it is not a requirement.

About You:
You are someone who genuinely cares about helping others. With a keen eye for detail, you excel in a bustling team setting. You are fluent in English, possessing impeccable oral and written communication skills.
Your energetic demeanor and quick learning ability will help you thrive in this role. We are looking for someone to work 8-16 hours per fortnight, with the availability for additional shifts as needed.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
