We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, assembling, and testing Bosch Rexroth Hagglunds products and complete systems. You may also be required to service other non-HD products and systems as needed. You will utilize specialized data logging instruments such as Hydrotechnik and/or Hydac HMG to gather crucial product data to troubleshoot and resolve faults, ensuring optimal product performance.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with attention to detail, a commitment to high-quality service, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is based in our Seventeen Mile Rocks, QLD branch.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Work on Bosch Rexroth Hagglunds products and systems (including other non-HD systems) to ensure proper operation.
- Use Hydrotechnik and/or Hydac HMG data logging instruments to gather critical customer product data for troubleshooting and performance resolution.
- Complete and upload all service-related documentation via the BeQIK job management system, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
- Prepare detailed Service Reports outlining executed work, including start/finish times, ensuring all relevant information is accurate.
- Communicate with the Internal Service Supervisor regarding completed, ongoing, and upcoming jobs, ensuring smooth workflow and clarity on priorities.
- Keep all equipment and tools clean, maintained, and in safe working order.
- Follow all quality procedures, ensuring calibration compliance and proper shelf-life maintenance of liquids within allocated storage.
- Maintain the necessary physical capability to perform required tasks and promptly inform the Supervisor of any issues that could impact safety or job performance.
- Actively contribute to improving business operations and process efficiencies, bringing forward any opportunities to enhance workflows.
- Perform other tasks as required to meet Bosch Rexroth’s business and operational needs.

**Qualifications**
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Mechanical Trade, Fitter/Turner and/or Fluid Power certificate
- Able to demonstrate a high-level technical knowledge of major hydraulic components
- Previous experience in hydraulic component repair
- Able to work unsupervised, committed and Reliable
- High focus on Quality and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
