DRA are currently looking for Structural Designers - All levels. The roles will be offered on a full-time or ongoing casual basis based in our Brisbane CBD office. You will be involved with a diverse range of projects from concept studies, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning within the mining and minerals processing sector.

**Brief Duties**
- Produce models and detailed technical drawings, in accordance with standards, policies and procedures
- Communicate with the project team, provide updates, raise issues and attend team meetings
- Deliver and contribute to practical solutions
- Ensure project time and cost are met - monitor effectiveness of designs, scheduling of work, resource requirements and review compliance with project execution plan (schedule) and client expectations
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members
- Demonstrate high standard of personal safety and safe design practices

**About You**
- 5+ years relevant experience working on mining and minerals projects
- Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attitude, team focus and commitment towards safety
- Proficiency in MicroStation design software highly desirable
- Relevant Diploma or Associate Degree advantageous
- Innovative thinker with the ability to work autonomously to deadlines
