Structural Design Expert

We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Expert to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves delivering structural design solutions on significant building projects in various sectors.

As a key member of our Building Structures team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective structural design strategies for complex projects
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
  • Reviewing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in structural design consulting
  • Proficiency in ETABS, RAPT, and SPACEGASS (or similar) design software
  • Strong understanding of commercial matters and business operations
  • Ability to think creatively and innovate in a dynamic environment
