**Description**:
We are currently seeking an Area Business Manager (ABM) to join our team in Queensland. The ABM will play a pivotal role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence across both outlets in QLD. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with a strong background in retail management and a keen eye for menswear fashion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Implement and maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with M J Bale brand guidelines
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to maximise profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, providing coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized styling advice and building brand loyalty
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing M J Bale with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
