Our South East QLD Branch is based in the Brisbane CBD and is consistently one of the top performers nationally. After some serious growth, we require another consultant to assist with our service delivery amongst our already established client base to really raise the roof and show the Brisbane market what we have to offer. This means we have an opportunity for someone looking to work in a team that really means business and has the resilience and work ethic like no other.

This **White Collar Temp** desk comes with an excellent and loyal client base and a great pipeline with plenty of low hanging fruit to feast upon. I am looking for a professional customer focused individual who wants to play their part in a great success story with the ability to be exposed to another level of service delivery.

**Your key responsibilities in managing this hot desk will include**:

- Have the ability to understand and articulate low-high level roles in the white collar space.
- Manage internal and external compliance utilising our systems and adhering to processes.
- Manage workload and meet reasonable KPIS.
- Work collaboratively with the Brisbane team and the wider IPA network

**To be successful you will need**:

- To demonstrate previous experience in a white collar temp desk.
- Recruitment sales experience desirable not essential.
- A history of achieving budgets and targets.
- Fastrack 360 expereince desirable not essential.
- Solution focused to achieve business outcomes.
- A fire in your belly and a hunger to succeed with great communication and attitude.
- Microsoft suite experience.
