Looking for a new challenge in a growth sector with real career and income potential?We're expanding our aged care recruitment division and are seeking a seasoned recruiter who thrives on business development, loves the pace of permanent recruitment, and is motivated by uncapped commissions.
This is not a temp desk.
You'll be placing Registered Nurses, Personal Carers, Clinical Managers, Facility Managers and Executive Leaders into permanent roles across aged care and community services – nationally.
What's on Offer: Existing PSA clients to hit the ground running Uncapped bonus structure – no thresholds, no limits Full national scope – recruit across metro, regional and remote areas Modern office in Eight Mile Plains with onsite parking Hybrid flexibility – WFH 1–2 days/week once established Genuine career progression in a growing division Autonomy, support and trust – you'll be treated like a professional Who We're Looking For: Experienced recruiter with a background in healthcare or community recruitment (agency preferred)Proven success in 360° recruitment – comfortable with client acquisition and candidate management Someone hungry to pick up the phone, create opportunities, and build lasting relationships Passion for the aged care or health sector, with strong industry knowledge or a desire to grow it Commercially minded, outcomes-driven, and confident working to targets You'll join a high-performing team with strong leadership, solid systems, and an excellent reputation in healthcare recruitment.
