**Recruitment Consultant**

**Dynamic Staffing Solutions** are seeking recruitment consultants of various skill levels to join our driven and supportive team. Our office is located in **Brisbane** and this role will see you recruiting for a diverse range of positions and businesses.

We are offering training and career development for recruiters starting their careers. For experienced recruiters we are offering a place to leverage your well-honed recruiting skills to maximise personal and business returns.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:

- Preparing advertisements, shortlisting, and phone screening
- Database management (RecruitOnline), adding notes and filling orders
- Performance management of casual workforce, roster and manage attendance and performance
- Possess a comprehensive appreciation of workplace, health and safety practices, actively promote good safety principles

You must be a bright and bubbly person that is strong with administration, has excellent communication, a sense of urgency and enjoys working with a variety of TEMPORARY positions in retail, manufacturing, transport, logistics, trades, customer service, administration, or sales.
