**Head Waiter - Pellegrino 2000**

Pellegrino 2000 is a busy, vibrant Italian restaurant in the heart of Surry Hills. We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Head Waiter** to join our team and help lead service with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead a section during service, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure seamless flow of food and service
- Maintain high standards of presentation and hospitality at all times
- Build strong relationships with our regular guests and create a welcoming atmosphere

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or senior section waiter in a fast-paced restaurant
- A genuine passion for hospitality and Italian food & wine
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and keep service running smoothly
- Availability for evenings and weekends
