Mille Vini in Surry Hills is on the hunt for section waiters.

Who we are: A stylish and intimate Italian venue serving a produce-driven Italian cuisine with a heavy focus on Italian wines and also serving signature cocktails as well as classics. We are open 6 days, closed for lunch and Sundays.

The Job: We are primarily looking for section waiters. Your main mission will be to
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Greetings customers
- Uphold our service standards and execute the service as per our sequence of service
- Upselling
- Perform any other tasks demanded by the business within reason
- For now, we have 20 hours guaranteed but we are more looking at 25 and up given that our levels of business are getting higher and higher.

While we are primarily looking for waiters, we currently have a very versatile team that are all able to do the bar, the door and the floor. We will aim to train you so that you will be able to perform all three positions if needed.

You: We are after charming individuals, able to bring some good vibes, have fun at work while upholding a professional attitude and willing to learn. While experience will be highly regarded, the biggest determinant will be your personality. Skills we can teach, who you are we can not change.

Please note that weekend availability is a must.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
