- **What we are looking for**_
2+ years of experience as a waiter in a fine dining environment
Ability to confidentially carry 3 plates
Strong communication skill - enthusiastic about customer service and talking to guests
Passionate about food, wine and cocktails
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
A team player - invested in seeing yourself and your team succeed and grow
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends (closed every Sunday and Monday)

Salary $65,400 - $70,000

Pay: $65,400.00 - $70,000.00 per year
