**About the role**

The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that Tambla’s projects meet the highest quality standards, within scope, budget and time. You will be working with, and learning from, highly engaged professionals who combine strong commercial acumen with diverse business management.

At Tambla you’ll work closely with deep technical specialists and with a bunch of people who have quality at the front of their mind.

The role will include:

- Communications management (document responses, reporting documentation minutes, project documents, escalations and forums)
- Integration management (tailoring methodology to individual projects)
- Project team allocation and management
- Scope Management, Time Management, Cost Management and Quality Management
- Risk and issues management
- Third parties/subcontractor management where required.

**Skills and experience**
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision and effectively as a member of a team
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and responsible for own professional development
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent collaboration and time-management skills
- SAP experience is desirable.
