**About the Role**:
We have an exciting role available for an eCommerce Coordinator to join our eCommerce Team. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager your responsibilities will include management and maintenance of Platypus eCommerce Websites for both AU + NZ. You will also assist the eCommerce team to deliver the digital strategy and provide a superior eCommerce experience.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- End to end Management and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines for both AU & NZ
- Supporting photography shoots and approving images for the site in addition to reviewing product images, links & product descriptions
- Liaise with Product team to understand product delivery dates to plan product enrichment process
- Generating product descriptions by using product data available and using the appropriate tone of voice
- Ownership of the product on site, ensuring all data is accurate to deliver a best in class CX and reduce returns
- Work with SEO team to ensure products are optimized for search traffic
- Build and Maintain briefs for marketing calendar across all digital channels and website
- Develop and implement relevant content and product landing pages to support marketing campaigns as required
- Managing the EDM calendar and schedule
- Ensure set up & removal of onsite promotions
- Manage the categorization of sale product & related marketing flags
- Supporting the Ecommerce team with onsite UAT testing & QA checks for new website developments/deployments
- Work with various departments to ensure we are delivering best in class customer experience
- Contribute Daily, Weekly and Monthly Ecommerce reports -providing insights and assist with identifying potential opportunities

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Demonstrated 3-5 years’ retail inventory management experience
- Minimum 2 years ecommerce operations coordination
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, business degree/diploma preferable
- E-store Operations background (Magento experience highly regarded)
- Strong Knowledge of Sneakers and Footwear
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider team
