**About ARWA**:
The Australian Radioactive Waste Agency (ARWA) is leading the responsible management and safe storage and disposal of Australia’s radioactive waste. A key element of ARWA’s program is the delivery of the National Radioactive Waste Management Facility which will provide a purpose-built, engineered solution to manage radioactive waste from sources such as nuclear medicine production.

**About The Opportunity**:

- A technical background and previously worked in an organisation with an accredited Integrated Management System.
- Knowledge of integrated management and quality systems that are accredited to ISO standards.
- Significant experience in internal auditing and preparation of relevant documentation.
- Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and controlling documentation, including related records.
- Significant experience in document management practices and systems.
- Significant experience in identifying and implementing corrective measures.
- Demonstrated drive to engage and collaborate with colleagues.
- Demonstrated experience managing effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, in particular the demonstrated ability to provide sound advice and prepare written reports and briefings.
- An ability to work in a fluid environment, remaining flexible, agile, and adaptable supporting colleagues at short notice.
- Proficient in industry related software such as MS Project / Word / Excel.
- A valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Sound understanding of Commonwealth Government processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications or certifications in Project Management, Business Administration, Quality Management Systems and Internal Auditor experience or related field and/or relevant equivalent experience.

**Eligibility**:
To be eligible for employment in the APS and the department, applicants must:

- Be an Australian citizen or going to be granted Australian Citizenship before commencement. You may be asked to provide evidence of this.
