**About the role**

This is a
**permanent, full-time** position working
**38 hours** per week and will be based at
**Berry Showground.**

**Duties**

Reporting directly to the Precinct Coordinator - North, the focus of this position is to:

- In conjunction with the Berry Showground Management Committee, maintain the day-to-day operations of the Berry Showground Precinct
- Perform general maintenance, gardening & land care.
- Perform commercial cleaning and property maintenance works as directed by the Precinct Coordinator.
- Supervision of the Caravan Park, including booking and camper management.

**Skills & Experience**

In order to be successful in the position, you will be/ possess:

- Certificate III in Horticulture, Arboriculture, Turf Management, Nursery Practice, Commercial Cleaning or equivalent experience
- Current National WHS Construction Card (WorkCover)
- MR License or wiliness to obtain at own expense within 12 months.
- Ability to consult, share information and work collaboratively
- Demonstrated experience in operating minor plant and equipment pertaining to building maintenance, grounds maintenance, commercial / industrial cleaning
- Proof of Australian residency or citizenship
- Class C Driver’s License
