**About the role**:
As Fleet Service Operations Manager you will define and lead the strategy to provide seamless commercial tyre and service solutions to our Fleet customers. You will lead a team who will execute best practice to ensure employee experience, sales profitability, productivity, efficiency and safety targets are achieved. The team consists of two Fleet Service Managers (your direct reports) who each have a team of Fleet Service Technicians reporting into them.

Located on-site at our Rocklea store, you will also develop effective working relationships with customers, store managers and internal teams to ensure a strong and cohesive operation.
- Undertake skills gap analysis on team members to identify training needs: lead, develop and coach new leaders and teammates
- Lead and facilitate Recruitment and Team Development activities for the Fleet Service Managers and Technicians
- Develop robust Fleet Service management strategy to service customer objectives
- Improve the customer experience through sales support, data analysis, customer visits
- and ensuring the Fleet team understand and achieve agreed SLA’s
- Ensure operational security and safety compliance, supporting Bridgestone’s vision for ‘Perfect Safety’

**About you**:

- Experience leading a team, managing and motivating employees essential
- Tyre Industry knowledge and experience highly regarded but not essential; any industry experience with strong people management skills will be considered
- The ability to develop and implement strategic, improvement and action plans
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated continuous improvement experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Strong computer skills across multiple software platforms including Microsoft Office
- Certificate IV in Front Line Management desirable
