- Minimum 2+ years in a prior management role required

Will be responsible for the following:

- Total management of all staff (team of approx 6-8) including but not limited to rostering, development, coaching + teaching team in bar/waitressing skills, service & product knowledge
- Development of function packages
- Work alongside bookings manager to oversee private & corporate functions + events
- Design + implementation of new cocktail lists
- Maintaining excellent team culture & client relationships
- Ensuring cleanliness & excellent presentation of venue at all times, regular maintenance where required
- Maintaining top line organisation of all venue processes
- Stock ordering, stock control, variances, beverage COGS at target %
- Compliance with licensing & stocktake
- Work alongside social team to implement venue offers & supply relevant information/material for marketing

**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year
