The Den Salamanca is looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor / 3IC to Join our Leadership team.

Our success is a direct result of our management team, and the shared values they promote to our broader leadership and service team. We're looking for dedicated customer service professionals to blow the socks off of our guests and the broader team by being astute experience-makers.

**Responsibilities**

With support from the Venue Management team:

- Provide top-tier service to guests and ensuring that each customer who exits our venue feels truly-spoilt
- Supervise front of house service and operations with guests and staff
- Conduct general daily shift leadership operations: such as, shift reporting, reconciliation, labour management, etc.
- Take initiative in furthering the success of the business
- Ensure all required duties on shift have been completed by the team using expert delegation and time efficiency.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as Bar Supervisor/Leader or similar role
- Weekend and late night/early morning availability
- Experience in daily shift supervising or similar.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Passionate about customer service and people
