**Position Details**:
**Role**:Permanent part-time Medical Receptionist (Tuesday and Thursdays required)

**Hours**:Between 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

**Clinic Locations**:Morningside, Springwood, Upper Mount Gravatt, Carina and Capalaba (rotating schedule)

**Your Role**:As our Medical Receptionist, you will be the friendly face that patients encounter first. Your responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional customer service and compassionate patient care
- Efficiently managing appointments to enhance clinic efficiency
- Building strong relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managers
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to patients and referrers
- Covering shifts as needed (including sick leave and annual leave)

- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities for managing appointments and patient flow
