**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting to the General Manager of People, we’re looking for a high-performing and experienced HR Manager to join us on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

You’ll bring a steady hand and sharp mind to managing a national frontline workforce of over 1,000 employees, with deep expertise in complex IR/ER matters. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, lead a passionate HR Generalist team, and shape people strategies that boost performance, foster engagement, and build a connected, values-driven culture in a fast-growing organisation.

**As the HR Manager, you will**:

- Lead, coach and develop our HR Business Partner and HR Coordinator
- Confidently manage industrial relations and complex employment matters
- Partner with leaders to strengthen capability, performance and engagement
- Design and deliver engagement strategies and change initiatives that drive impact
- Use data, insights and feedback to support smart, people-first decision making
- Play a key role in supporting the company’s ambitious growth plans

**ABOUT YOU**
You will be a people-focused HR leader with a proven track record of success. You bring:

- Solid HR business partnering experience across a diverse and complex workforce
- Expert-level knowledge of industrial relations and employment law
- A pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset and strong commercial acumen
- Ability to influence, coach and support leaders with empathy and clarity
- Experience leading a small team while keeping HR operations sharp and compliant
- A genuine passion for people, performance, and purpose
