**The Position**
- 7 Days availability
- Consult with clients to plan events according to their needs
- Liaise with management regarding staffing requirements
- Liaise with Head Chef regarding menu design and pricing
- Coordinate relevant invoicing
- Develop market relationships and act to improve brand awareness and word-of-mouth marketing

**The Person**
- Adhere to, and maintain, food handling standards at all times
- Previous supervisory experience
- 5 Star service Standards
- Knowledge of HACCP protocols and food safety
- Previous experience managing a team
- Must have a drivers license and able to hold a working with children check
