**Position Overview**
The **Pre-Delivery Coordinator** is responsible for overseeing the preparation and quality control of vehicles before delivery to customers. This includes managing schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring all pre-delivery requirements are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the preparation of new and used vehicles for delivery, ensuring timelines are met.
- Liaise with the sales, service, and detailing teams to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Conduct quality checks on vehicles to ensure they meet dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Manage documentation and compliance checks for vehicle registrations and warranties.
- Organise accessories and customisations as per customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of pre-delivery activities and vehicle statuses.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment.

**About You**
- Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination between teams.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to the role.
- A current driver’s license is essential.
