**Your Role**:
As our new Telemarketing Manager, you'll be the heart of our sales engine. You'll lead, coach, and drive performance with energy and integrity. Your mission is simple**:build and empower a high-performing team that thrives on results**.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- **Lead & Inspire** - Manage a passionate team of outbound agents, keeping them focused, energised, and results-driven
- **Optimise Campaigns** - Oversee cold outreach via Vicidial and warm lead follow-ups through GoHighLevel CRM
- **Coach for Success** - Provide real-time call feedback, monitor live and recorded calls, and implement winning strategies
- **Recruit & Train** - Attract the right people and train them into sales stars
- **Data-Driven Execution** - Manage lead segmentation, ensure clean lists, and drive

**Motivate & Celebrate** Set clear goals, reward wins, and create a culture where people want to do their best

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales management
- Confidence using Vicidial & GoHighLevel (or similar CRMs)
- Natural coach and mentor who thrives on team wins
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- A leader who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front
