**What is exciting about this project?**

MinRes is very excited to be able to build our very first dedicated team who are committed to rehabilitation. It is a fundamental part of our organisational commitments, but also to give the Australian community confidence in how we mine. This team will be made up of full time, permanent employees who can draw upon their experiences, and help us to deliver on our rehabilitation goals.

**What do you need from me?**

First and foremost; a safety first approach to your work. We won’t compromise our targets or maintenance of equipment if we can’t all go home safely each night. Our family and friends want us to be there to enjoy the benefits of the work we do while we are away from home.

Critical to the success of new projects and operations is to be able to draw upon the experience of the team onsite. We will need people who have been there and done it previously; people who are confident to shape the onsite safety and work culture; and people who are focussed on achieving challenging targets together.

Every day will be different.

**What rehabilitation positions do you have available?**
- Superintendents & Supervisors - with Mining operator experience
- Rehabilitation Planners
- Rehabilitation (Environmental) Advisors
- Safety Advisors, Medic/ ESO’s
- Trainer (TAE 40116 qualified)
- Site Administration
