**Job Description**:
Are you a leader looking for a new challenge? WorkFocus are on the hunt for a Service Manager to successfully plan and manage operations while also providing empathetic and personalized leadership to the WorkFocus Team. Our goal is ensuring a return to work and wellbeing for every person we work with is met.
The day to day of Service Manager looks like
- Ensuring active implementation of the WorkFocus Australia Service Delivery Model on all cases
- Participate in succesion planning to ensure in place service delivery specialists and injury management specialists roles.
- Analyse and understand closed and open case performance projections monthly with the State Manager.
- Liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and workers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties.
- Engage and lead direct reports to deliver their individual Servicer Delivery KPIs and develop and implement strategies to address areas of underperformance.
If you're someone who has strategic manager experience with demonstrated success in the delivery of occupational rehab services and the ability to lead, influence and inspire this role is for you
**Qualifications**:
Full and current registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor and a valid Australian drivers licence is required to ensure the role can be carried out successfully.
