
Part Time Office Assistant

We are a small but growing nationwide pest control company looking for a motivated and customer focused office assistant to help dealing with day-to-day operational admin tasks working 50/50 from home or our small office dependent on the required tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Taking orders and arranging uniforms/materials to be sent out to technicians
- Ordering and arranging various supplies
- GMB management
- Arranging branding for vehicles of new technicians
- Arranging photographers for the websites
- Assisting in editing/amending/revamping documents and websites
- Event planning
- Helping the director with daily admin tasks
**Job Qualifications**:
- Tertiary qualification preferable but not essential. (Students welcome to apply)
- 1-2 years’ experience in an office role preferable.
- Proficiency in computers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive, high-energy attitude.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and quickly shift focus from one task to another.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people.
