In this role, you will be the first point of contact in greeting clients, visitors and team members at our Prahran office. You will be answering incoming phone calls, setting appointments, liaising with clientele, minor book keeping tasks and other administrational duties.

You will also be assisting our Accounting team with their day to day duties, (ie invoicing clients, sending out engagement letters and general administrational duties).

Duties & responsibilities include:

- Answering phone calls.
- Booking appointments.
- Administrative support to Accounting team as required.
- Attending to all incoming correspondence and dispersing to the correct team.
- Sorting and dispersing mail.
- Invoicing.
- Greeting and welcoming clients.
- Ensuring reception, boardroom and kitchen are kept neat and tidy.
- Data Entry/minor book keeping as required.

Skills & experience include:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
- Confident phone manner.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Competency with Microsoft Office products including, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work with Google calendar and spread sheets.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise work is essential.
