**Online Data Specialist**

**Background**

A great opportunity exists for a talented digital data administrator to join the team on an initial contract. This role sits within the online trading part of the business and is the area that looks after all of the product data and information that appear on the website.

This role is an initial 3 month contract and the role would be hybrid based two days a week in the HeadOffice (based in the Melbourne CBD)

The keys to the role are a proficiency in excel and data management

**Your day to day responsibilities include**:

- Setting up and previewing complex offers
- Collating and executing simple pricing online
- Monitoring sale categories
- Executing & supporting online offers
- Working with stakeholders to manage and resolve pricing queries
- Execute promotional label treatment
- Triage real-time pricing errors through QPs or dynamic pricing
- Oversee cross functional execution, guardrails and consistency (sales categories, labels etc)

**Skills & experience must include**:

- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a collaborative and fast paced team.
- Intermediate/advanced excel skills and data management experience are essential
- Previous experience in retail or in an ecommerce focussed role is highly regarded
- Experienced working on an Ecommerce platform is highly regarded
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
