**Role Overview**

We are seeking passionate and reliable **Carers** to join our supportive care team. You will assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and community access in accordance with their care plans—promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Assist with domestic tasks (e.g., cleaning, laundry, meal preparation)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Support clients to attend appointments and social outings
- Monitor and report changes in health and well-being
- Follow care plans and Circle Home Care policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community) or equivalent
- National Police Check (current within 3 years)
- First Aid and CPR (current)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Influenza vaccination (within last 12 months)
- Strong communication skills and commitment to person-centred care
- Experience working with older adults or those with complex needs

**Desirable**
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (advantageous, not mandatory)
- AHPRA registration (for ENs or RNs supporting dual role duties)
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or active nights as required.
