Due to significant contract awards within our ANZ Water business, we are expanding our Dams team in Australia. These awards bring a secure 10-year pipeline of work and with AECOM’s flexibility, you can base yourself in any of our offices in the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast or Brisbane.

**What will a day in this role look like**:

- Utilise your leadership, coordination and communication skills to successfully engage and guide project delivery teams, whilst working with closely with end clients and contractors
- You will be responsible for overall design delivery including having the ultimate carriage on any design project decisions
- Ensure projects are delivered within the constraints of quality, time and budget
- Work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team for delivery of the projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives.

**Qualifications**

**What are we looking for from you?**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience
- Experience in dams engineering and design
- Proven track record in the successful delivery of large projects on time, within budget and outstanding quality
- Excellent communication skills and high quality technical and non-technical report writing
- Client relationship / management skills and experience.
