**Your new role**
As the Product Owner, you will be the bridge between the customer and the IT Operation Management (ITOM) Agile development team, managing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that it aligns with the overall product strategy. The Product Owner is accountable for getting the team to develop the right thing, while the team is accountable for developing it the right way. You will develop a clear, compelling vision and roadmap that will bring alignment across stakeholders and the team, whilst delivering on value. you will bring an ability to execute on strategic priorities, articulate a clear vision as well as strong problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to take an active role in delivery. You will have excellent relationship building and communication skills and an understanding of key Agile/Scrum concepts.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, experience and expertise:

- Strong experience with ServiceNow Product in particular ITOM module.
- Strong experience in a Technology corporate and matrix environment
- Deep knowledge of IT Service Management
- Deep knowledge of IT Operation Management and/ or Configuration Management
- Team Leading experience
- Exposure to Agile Development Framework
- Track record of successfully overseeing Technology services including:

- Commercial acumen in an IT environment
- Driving efficiency and cost effectiveness in IT
- Driving quality outcomes that support customer needs
- Educating and influencing on the value of IT services
