**Product Owner**
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Product Owner to join one of the world's top 20 insurance and reinsurance companies. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company's journey to move towards an Agile way of working.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaison between the Business, Technology Services, and the team while representing the customer first
- Assist with program increment (PI) planning ensuring the team is updated regularly on the backlog, roadmap, etc.
- Define story development, estimates and sequencing alongside the team
- Work with the Agile team to determine team objectives for the upcoming PI, to maximise the delivery of business value
- Be aware of Backlog impacts and dependencies with other Product Owners
- Validate stories meet acceptance criteria, and acceptance tests and comply with its Definition of Done (DoD)
- Manage Budget & ROI, and make necessary trade-off decisions

**About you**
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Owner
- Commercial Lines Underwriting experience would be advantageous but not mandatory
- Can constructively challenge the status quo to enable positive change and enjoy working in a changing environment
- Must be able to work with immaturity i.e. colleagues who are new to Agile and Scrum
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Have a practical mindset with a focus on delivering customer value
