**About the Role**
As a **Customer Service Officer (CSO)**, you will be the first point of contact for investors, employees, and financial professionals, handling inbound and outbound enquiries related to shares, investments, and online platform support. Your ability to provide accurate, professional, and timely responses will be key to ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Delivering high-quality customer service and ensuring first-call resolution
- Investigating and managing complex investor queries
- Achieving performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Adapting to rostered shifts and operational demands
- Actively contributing to continuous process improvements and team goals
- Upholding governance, compliance, and risk management requirements
**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong customer service experience (contact centre, financial services, or retail/hospitality)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and maintain accuracy
- A team player with a proactive approach to learning and development
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms
- Interest in the finance and registry industry
**Desirable**:
- Previous experience in customer service or financial services
