Ongoing growth has now led to a need for Broker Support officer to join our Residential lending team.

**Role Overview**

The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring Thinktank’s policies, procedures, marketing materials and processes comply with regulatory and ethical standards at all times. The Compliance Manager ensures that our business, employees, stakeholders and projects comply with all relevant regulations and policy specifications. The position reports directly to the CEO and will also be responsible for reporting to, and liaison with, the board and board committees.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage AFSL & ACL licences and compliance programs
- AML/CTF Programs, ensuring day to day compliance and manage reporting to AUSTRAC
- Regulatory Guide 271 Internal Dispute Resolution obligations including AFCA interactions
- Compliance Administration which includes management of internal compliance platform as well as training and upskilling the organisation
- Strong and consistent SMSF lending compliance by the company, introducers, and borrowers
- Risk Management Oversight
- Existing programs and processes to be reviewed and improvements/enhancements recommended and implemented.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or Diploma in Financial Services Regulation.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a compliance officer, compliance manager, or similar position within the lending industry.
- Strong knowledge of finance industry processes and regulations.
- AML/CTF experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- ASIC RG 146.
- SMSF Lending experience would be highly desirable.
