**About the Role**
Limitless Aid is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and proactive support worker to assist clients with a variety of needs related to disability and mental health. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of support work who is looking to empower individuals to live more independently and engage meaningfully with their community.
Whether you’re an experienced support worker or a student in nursing, psychology, occupational therapy, or physiotherapy, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to build your skills while making a real impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide consistent, person-centred support for clients with physical, psychosocial, or intellectual disabilities
- Promote daily living skills including hygiene, nutrition, organisation, and communication
- Assist with job searching, resume writing, and interview preparation (where applicable)
- Encourage participation in social and recreational activities within the community
- Assist in establishing and maintaining structured routines
- Monitor and support mental health and behavioural needs in line with care plans
- Immediate start available

**About You**
- Energetic, friendly, and empathetic personality
- Strong understanding of disability and mental health support needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enrolled nurse or student in psychology, OT, physiotherapy, or related field (desirable)
- Previous experience in support work or lived experience (highly regarded)
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
- Police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (required)
