**About the Role**
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant individual to join our team in a fulltime
**National Tender Manager** position based out of our
**Brisbane Branch** located in
**Beenleigh.**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Live “Yes We Can” within all facets of the business
- Embody and promote the “Safety starts with me” mantra
- Demonstrate “Safety”, “Think”, “React”, “Sell”, “Succeed” in situations you come across in your role
- Be prepared to travel to support the National Corporate Sales Team function with Tenders and key account management
- Monthly reporting of activities and projects.
- Achieve overall company results; total sales and gross margin targets.
- Being pro-active in recognising customer needs.
- Market Awareness at all times to represent Supagas in a positive and professional manner.
- Forward planning for growth and continuous improvement.
- Drive profitable growth within your field
- Commercial capability, which involves understanding the commercial drivers of the business and how value is created within the business.
- Must have the drive to achieve and the ability to persuade and influence others
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to establish productive, professional relationships at all levels of the business, including liaising with many departments and specialties to achieve positional objectives
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- An eye for efficiencies and continuous improvement

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven track record of successfully leading large proposals to have a successful outcome.
- Experience managing large tender responses including working with internal stakeholders to develop service delivery models, pricing and innovative responses to meet customers’ needs
- A minimum of 3 years directly related experience
- Strong background in Business Development
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Management or related discipline
- Proven ability to identify, introduce and grow new business opportunities, including identifying and responding to advertised tender opportunities
- Proven and successful ability in writing winning tenders
- **Current police check and demerit point statement required**
