Our Head Office is based on the Central Coast, New South Wales with additional depots located in Melbourne, Brisbane, Townsville, Perth and Hobart. We have been operating for 30 years and employee over 220 people

**Description**:
**Duties of the position include**:

- Ensure all purchase orders have been recorded, and enter incoming delivery dockets and supplier invoices, promptly.
- Cost, post and prepare for authorisation of all creditors invoices.
- Send all authorised invoices to Head Office for approval and payment, promptly.
- On a monthly basis clear out any outstanding purchase orders and delivery dockets.
- Assist the Regional Manager by performing administrative tasks as requested.
- Assist the Engineering staff with customer invoicing and progress claims.
- When completed send a copy of debtors invoices to accounts and a copy to the General Manager with supporting documentation
- Assist in preparation and submission of supporting documents for customer invoices and claims.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- 2+ years experience with accounts payable and receivable;
- Previous experience with tender preparation and contract admin;
- A background within the Civil Construction industry;
- Strong commitment to safety;
- Display initiative and ability to meet deadlines;
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills working both independently and part of a team;
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
