The Role:
The responsibilities of the position include:

- Carry out Base Mail delivery activities in accordance with the relevant regional data packs and the statement of work.
- Carry out daily operator level servicing required on completed on vehicles each month or as required.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained and accurate at all times.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of mail.
- Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of base mail and its security whilst in transit.
- Assist with accommodation and housekeeping tasking. Perform other duties as required by the Operations Manager within your level of skills and competence.

Skills and experience:

- Knowledge of mail handling protocols (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with a high degree of motivation, energy, initiative and commitment, with the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
- Must possess a current Australian State or Territory class C Driver's Licence.

Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance up to the level of Negative Vetting Level 1.
As a result of this requirement the applicant must be an Australian Citizen.
