**The Role**

Reporting to the Customer Account Manager and based in **Darra**, the Service Supervisor will perform complex HVAC maintenance and support ongoing projects across Brisbane region. The role also supports the Service Manager, technical team, and admin team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Provide technical guidance & business support to team members as required
- Conduct regular audit of service team PPE, vehicles and tooling
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to all HVAC systems general.
- Diagnose and rectify faults in HVAC systems & components including electrical faults
- Conduct detailed inspections of buildings/sites
- Review, prepare & submit field service quotations for service jobs or installation works from team members.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers

**What makes you stand out**
- Qualification & trade background with an understanding of industry standards and codes of practice applicable to the role
- Possess relevant State and National Trade Licences (including but not limited to ARCTick, NREL, Construction Induction etc)
- Possess a valid Drivers’ Licence for the state of employment
- An understanding of pricing and estimation of service repairs
- The ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
