Amtek is an Australian owned and operated company operating from our state of the art, purpose-built facilities in New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia.

We specialise in building bespoke, customised, engineered vehicular solutions for a range of government and private clients including NSW ambulance, NSW police, SES, Disability access, Fire and Rescue, retirement & nursing homes, special needs schools and many more.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Purchasing of parts & materials including special project items, consumables and workshop supplies
- Stock maintenance and control
- Product research for relevant material and equipment and cost effective alternatives
- Sighting and approving incoming invoices. Filing, processing relevant paperwork. Updating records in regards to pricing, supplier, part numbers.
- Receiving and storage of incoming goods.
- Correspondence with Sales Representatives and Suppliers.
- Liaising with third party contractors to arrange offsite fabrication, or additional build requirements.

**Role Requirements & Qualifications**:

- 3 years or more experience in a similar role
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) & MYOB
- Knowledge of Vehicle Body Building and Fabrication, desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail and able to meet deadlines.
- Problem solving skills, thinking outside the square for solutions.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
