Job Description Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to:

- Provide expert contract administration services within a project delivery team
- Assess and report project delivery performance for contract and commercial matters
- Resolve day to day contract and commercial issues with client personnel
- Support the Business Unit in achieving or exceeding EBITDA budget
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review and submit PORF’s to Optus for both base scope and variations
- Order recipe Optus PO, checking across PORF submission ensuring they match
- Input into ST, ensuring consistent naming convention (overnight refresh into JP)
- Save Optus PO and associated docs on network drive
- Once HOP is accepted, confirm line items that can be billed against (invoicing completed by finance admin)
- Point of contact for queries arising out of customer billings
- Change requests: ensuring that the relevant parties are progressing their items within the timeframe
- Ad hoc reporting, ensuring items are actioned where responsible (interim PO report for example)
- Raise P/O on the back of approval to proceed (build team request via W/O), ensuring that base scope, PE’s and variations are separated out
- Checking PO coverage from client before committing
- Ad hoc requests for minor variations, ensuring that we either have coverage or sign off to proceed
- Subcontractors issue claims, substantiation, Stat Decs, Subbie Statements, Deeds of Release etc to the LL Dropbox
- Distribute the claims to the appropriate PM / PE for assessment via the LL Dropbox
- Upon approval from relevant parties, submit to AP for payment as the contractual terms
- Maintain the LL Dropbox naming and filing convention, as agreed with Commercial Manager
